Bonne pomme (Ré)Génération fruit
In order to address current agricultural and food issues, the (Re)Génération Fruit project aims to bring to market apples grown with respect for the environment, and which are differentiated from an organoleptic and nutritional point of view. Through its systemic approach, the project will develop innovative pre- and post-harvest technological solutions enabling apples to achieve these qualities. To represent the entire value chain, the project brings together Blue Whale, Micropep, Asclepios Tech, INRAE, Purpan and Maf Roda.
Asclepios Tech will bring its Boxilumix pre- and post-harvest technology to the project to improve processes and help deliver high-quality apples to consumers.
